I work with buyers as a Buyer's Agent. We will look at houses that match your budget and lifestyle and find the one that will become your home. I will research market conditions and help you to negotiate. I will be present when your home is inspected by an ASHI-certified engineer, ensuring your concerns and mine are addressed. We will review the report together and negotiate the important items. Title search, survey, appraisal, municipal inspections and loan commitment will be on time and any issues addressed quickly. You will move in knowing your interests came first and there is nothing to worry about but the housewarming.
